Special awards, such as the one LAMMICO received for Values, were awarded to employers based on standout scores for employee responses to specific survey statements. In its ninth year, this annual competition spotlights standout job providers in the greater New Orleans region and identifies ways organizations can become places where people want to work. It also strives to increase workplace pride and morale among staff.
