The Leapfrog Group and the American Diabetes Association partnered to launch a new hospital recognition program, “Recognized Leader in Caring for People with Diabetes.” The program began November 1, 2023, and will recognize hospitals demonstrating a strong commitment to the safety and well-being of inpatients living with diabetes. Applications are available on the Leapfrog Group’s website and will be due January 15, 2024, with the first list of Recognized Leaders announced in spring 2024.
