  • Lafourche
  • Natchitoches
  • Plaquemines

  • St. Mary
  • Vermillion
  • Vernon

EIDM Account Needed for QPP Attestations

Eligible clinicians planning to attest to completion of Improvement Activities or Advancing Care Information Measures need to obtain an EIDM account from CMS. The Guide for Obtaining an EIDM Account and ‘Physician Quality and Value Programs’ Role for Quality Payment Program (QPP) Submissions is a valuable resource with step-by-step instructions on the application process.

Contact LAMMICO Practice Management Specialist, Natalie Cohen, MBA, MHA, at 504.841.2727 or via email at ncohen@lammico.com for more information or for a personalized consultation.
